Much like the quote says, Garrett enjoys the journey of a project from start to finish. All too often architects focus on the finished photos of their projects, but we enjoy documenting images as the design emerges from sketches through the construction. When visiting the site, we enjoy seeing the project in different phases, different lights and different times of the year. Garrett relishes in photographing an unexpected reflection, shadow, a unique vantage point, the beauty of a raw material and the images of construction that present themselves as the home comes to life. We also draw inspiration from our surroundings such as older Atlanta homes or structures, nature, and daily life.
