Garrett Daniel Architecture worked hand in hand with the interior designer client to craft this Lake Burton Home. A gently swooping roof bows to the auto court as if welcoming the occupants upon arrival. The wrap around kitchen windows offer a glimpse inside and through the house to the lake before one enters the entry porch. The front to back foyer is reminiscent of an old dog trot cabin and the stairs offer easy movement up and down. The kitchen and family room are one room but each has its own purpose and place. The large windows in the family room provide sweeping views of the peaceful lake. The owner interior design selected unique wall treatments, fixtures and furniture that allows each room its own personality and yet each room flows well from one to the next.
